Identifies, develops and implements initiatives to develop a learning culture that enhances the organization’s overall effectiveness
Analyzes discrepancies between the competencies and skills of current employees and the needs of the organization, in order to identify organizational learning priorities
Develops strategies, processes and measures to identify critical people priorities within Talent Learning and Development to make VieMed a great place to work
Thoroughly diagnoses and analyzes VieMed’s metrics to determine our strengths and opportunities as an organization and develops necessary strategies to lead the transformation of our Corporate talent agenda across all departments
Partners with managers to identify learning and development training opportunities.
Develops employee engagement surveys and analyzes the results to identify trends and areas for improvement
Works with the VP of HR as necessary to determine action plans and assesses the effectiveness of engagement strategies
Handles special projects, as requested, in a timely and professional manner.

Bachelor’s Degree preferred
3-5 years’ experience in Learning and Development, Organizational Effectiveness
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with customers as well as employees.
Ability to multi-task at the highest level and set clear priorities and goals for self
Understands key success factors in driving aggressive growth.
Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create a results-driven, team-oriented environment.
Team builder with ability to generate respect and trust from staff and external constituencies
