We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tools and Equipment Sales Team Manager for the Jewelry Industry to lead and motivate our sales team.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of sales and service representatives who sell a variety of tools and equipment related to the jewelry industry and support the selection, training, and support of jewelry making tools and equipment.
You will need to possess or have the ability to develop a strong understanding of the jewelry industry and the sales process, as well as have experience in managing and developing sales teams.
Responsibilities:
Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and goals
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
Coach and train sales representatives to improve their sales techniques and customer service skills
Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to the team
Identify and pursue new business opportunities
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and sales campaigns
Attend trade shows and events to promote products and increase brand awareness
Analyze sales data and adjust sales strategies as necessary

Strong leadership and management skills

Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to travel as needed to attend trade shows and meet with customers
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
5+ years of experience in sales and sales management
