Description

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tools and Equipment Sales Team Manager for the Jewelry Industry to lead and motivate our sales team.
  • In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of sales and service representatives who sell a variety of tools and equipment related to the jewelry industry and support the selection, training, and support of jewelry making tools and equipment.
  • You will need to possess or have the ability to develop a strong understanding of the jewelry industry and the sales process, as well as have experience in managing and developing sales teams.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and goals
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
  • Coach and train sales representatives to improve their sales techniques and customer service skills
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to the team
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and sales campaigns
  • Attend trade shows and events to promote products and increase brand awareness
  • Analyze sales data and adjust sales strategies as necessary


Qualifications:

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in tools and equipment sales
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to travel as needed to attend trade shows and meet with customers
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in sales and sales management
