Job Overview

• Perficient Inc seeks a Technical Consultant to deliver high-quality web applications as well as defining enterprise development practices.
• Designing, coding and unit/integration testing using Perficient methodology.
• Debugging and troubleshooting code related issues/defects.
• Producing client deliverables such as detailed design documentation, unit test plans and well documented code.
• Gaining an understanding of the unique business and technical requirements on each engagement to facilitate the most appropriate solution design.
• Practicing configuration management and version control.

Qualifications:

Requires:

• Bachelor degree in computer science or related
• 2 years of experience with the following; core java & J2EE, Spring and REST/SOAP services, and Spring Boot and microservices
• Ability with the following:
  • Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) methodologies
  • Test Driven Development (TDD)
  • debugging, problem solving, and investigative skills
  • assimilate disparate information (log files, error messages etc.) and pursue leads to find root cause problems
  • Agile/Scrum methodology
