We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our Technology Division, supporting teams responsible for developing and maintaining critical systems used by our customers and employees.
You will work closely with stakeholders across multiple departments to identify and define business requirements, optimize processes, document as-is and to-be system states, and develop reporting using best practices in data visualization.
The successful candidate will take ownership of projects and see them through to completion while building trusted relationships across the organization.
Responsibilities
Build trusted relationships across multiple departments and roles.
Be highly curious and willing to learn new systems and processes.
Triage the intake of new projects and technical requests to ensure they get the right level of visibility and vetting.
Become a subject matter expert in the areas supported by the Technology Division, including ecommerce, software development, ERP systems, data engineering, cloud operations, and infrastructure.
Develop and maintain documentation for business requirements, process diagrams, and test cases to guide development of technical solutions.
Provide leadership throughout the lifecycles of a project, guiding the understanding of the project team through design and development to ensure project requirements are met
Design, develop, and evaluate reporting to determine project effectiveness.
Establish project test strategy, test plans, and assist with test execution.
Contribute to project discoveries, kickoffs, and project prioritization meetings.
Communicate the impact of projects across the organization.
Qualifications:
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field preferred.
3+ year(s) experience in a business analyst role or related occupation
Excellent listening, oral, and written communication skills.
Flexible to new situations and challenges.
Knowledge of Agile development methodologies
Experience with statistical analysis and data visualization preferred.
