  • Coordinate, facilitate, and implement all phases of the recruitment process
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to clearly understand their short and long-term staffing needs and provide insight into the current labor market
  • Develop job postings to attract candidates
  • Utilize various tools and channels to source and identify qualified candidates
  • Attend and participates in job fairs and recruiting sessions
  • Screen applications and selects qualified candidates
  • Assist with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers and other stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the hiring manager during the offer process
  • Provide an excellent candidate experience and promote the Stuller employment brand throughout each step of the recruiting process
  • Coordinate job offers and onboarding efforts for new associates


Qualifications:

Bachelor Degree or Equivalent mix of education and experience required

Experience working in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Excellent interpersonal skills

Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

General knowledge of various employment laws and practices

Proactive with excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines

Strong customer service and relationship management skills

Proficient with applicant tracking software or other recruitment systems
