A Stuller Studio QA Technician should always ensure that every item that they inspect is of the highest quality standard and workmanship before sending to a customer.
They should be detail oriented and able to make good quality-based decisions.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Counts, inspects, records batches, identifies, routes product for t-ups and records quality defects to operations.
Identifies and distinguishes quality defects by type and severity.
Must have knowledge in Prong/Channel/Gypsy/Bright cut and Pave setting styles.
Check for loose/broken/crooked and inclusions.
Must have knowledge in Diamond characteristics and Gemstones.
Must be able to match stones in karat, cut, color and clarity.
Must have knowledge in laser engraving requirements.
Overall knowledge in Rhodium Plating.
Must maintain 99.95% accuracy for 6 consecutive months
Must maintain 80% efficiency for 6 consecutive months.
Be able to train any new employee weather from within the company or a new hire.
