Description

• The goal of the Stone Setting Support Specialist is to make sure that all work received into the Department is verified and accurate before being put on the Stone Setting floor so that once a team receives it they can work on that job without having any problems or confusion.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Includes multiple tasks.
• Uses light office equipment and computer.
• Requires knowledge of the production process.
• Requires extensive knowledge of product design and requirements such as sizes, genuine or synthetic stones, and vendors.
• Includes scheduling and distributing HIYW batches.
• Includes communicating special instructions within the department.
• Includes communicating special instructions with other departments.
• Includes requisitioning parts and materials as appropriate.
• Includes routing batches to appropriate departments for production requirements.
