  • This position is located in our Lafayette, LA office; however, a hybrid working model is acceptable.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the customer to understand the business need, architect, design, prototype, implement and test solutions to effectively handle data collection, data aggregation, dissemination, workflow automation, dashboards and reports utilizing MS Power Platform.
  •  Follow agile practices, work with Scrum Master and Product Owner to develop roadmaps, Release Plan, Sprint Goals, PBI refinement and Sprint Retrospectives.
  • Support client’s product vision, provide industry best practices and technical insight to be able to deliver quality product while meeting project objectives and timelines.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Support application testing, bug fixing, UAT enhancements, and operationalization of system.


Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

  • This position requires at least 8 years of software development experience using Microsoft Platforms, Databases, and Cloud Infrastructure, i.e. Azure and Office 365.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Power Platform, developing Power Apps (Canvas and Model Driven Application development), Power Automate workflows, and Power BI (Power Query, M, Dax) to build reports and analytic solutions.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dataverse, AI Builder models, Robotic Process Automations (RPA) and Power Virtual Agent Chatbots.
  • Ability to understand the customer’s pain points and recommend viable solutions leveraging customer’s available technology stack and tools.
  • Work effectively with Developers, Testers, PMs, and BAs supporting development and maintenance of applications throughout full life cycle.
  • Well-versed in web technologies, API development, modern architecture and best practices
  • Experience working directly with clients, providing recommendation/guidance to customers as well as internal teams as needed.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
  • PL-900 Certification
