As a Senior Cad Designer at Stuller, you will be responsible for creating CAD for new designs with an expert level of jewelry modeling skills.
We are looking for a talented, creative problem solver; who is also able to work within provided standards and operating processes.
You will draw upon your experience and work within a team to create detailed, accurate 3D models from provided technical drawings to create fine jewelry and findings for our ever expanding catalog of designs.
This role reports to the Product Design and Development CAD Manager, and works alongside and works alongside other CAD and Conceptual Designers within the department.
This is an onsite role, relocation may be available if necessary.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Interpret 2D hand sketches into a 3D environment.
Create advanced 2D Technical and 3D CAD models.
Create renders for approval.
Continuously learn and understand how CAD software works.
Assist in software testing during times of new development and contribute ideas for potential improvements.
Training of all level CAD positions.

Experience:
A background in 3D Modeling and NURBS Modeling is required with 5+ years’ experience.
Experience with Rhino3D/Matrix CAD software a plus.
Intermediate knowledge level gained from 2-3 years’ experience using Microsoft Office (specifically Outlook, Word, & Excel)
Understanding of the Product Design and Development processes with emphasis on CAD
