Responsible for the design and development of OnBase workflows
Maintain detailed documentation related to OnBase systems
Documents will provide engineers with information about existing systems and new enhancements and/or functionality
Documents will be leveraged in future development work
Documents ensure systems are adequately represented
Develops design and functional specifications, produces deliverables related to the projects assigned and assists in post implementation support through customer service help and system enhancement.
Responsible for gathering, compiling, and synthesizing information (financial, healthcare, etc.)
Monitoring and troubleshooting errors related to OnBase and other systems application/process developed with Microsoft technologies
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, information systems, or equivalent work experience
Three plus years of OnBase development experience, with Hyland OnBase certifications desired on all or combination of: Workflow, WorkView, Unity API
Four plus years working with Microsoft technologies (SQL Server, C#, .Net and Visual Studio)
Well versed with Agile development methodologies and respective tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps or TFS)
