Stuller is looking for an experienced, energetic, and creative Social Media Specialist to join our team.
As a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing Social Media strategies for our brands to increase online presence and increase audience engagement across all platforms.
He or she will work closely with the Social Media team, creative team, and merchandising teams to produce impactful content.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage corporate social media strategies
Develop content calendars and recommend campaign strategies
Create content that encourages and increases engagement
Shoot and edit photos and video as needed
Manage social media content
Define the most important social media KPIs
Measure and report on the success of social media campaigns
Manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment on short deadlines
Scout and maintain good relationships with influencers to grow brand awareness.
Talk with customers daily through direct message or by guiding them on their social media journey - customer service experience is a plus
Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
Proactively monitor a variety of jewelry-specific and general forums for lead generation and crisis control
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with both local and trade officials and media representatives.
Study and manage current trends/happenings inside the jewelry industry and relevant industries i.e. fashion.
Represent Stuller at specified events (Some weekends and travel may be required.)
Ensure social media platforms and channels are effectively aligned with the Stuller brand and overall business strategy.
Professional understanding of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and TikTok
Basic understanding of social media analytics and reporting
Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Team player with the ability to work cross functionally.
Ability to work under tight deadlines.
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Organized multitasker with good time-management skills
Bachelor’s degree — preferably in Marketing, Journalism, Communications or Public Relations.
2+ years' experience in social media marketing
Experience with a social media management dashboard — familiarity with Sprout Social is a plus
Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, or Canva is ideal
