The ability to satisfactorily adhere to company attendance policies.
Compliance with all occupational safety rules, regulations, training and records as required by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), the Louisiana Department of Labor and Stuller, Inc.
Manage day-to-day company social media efforts, including monitoring all existing and new social platforms.
Create and distribute relevant social content.
Proactively monitor a variety of jewelry-specific and general forums for lead generation and crisis control
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with both local and trade officials and media representatives.
Study and manage current trends/happenings inside the jewelry industry and relevant industries i.e. fashion.
Collaborate cross functionally among several unique business units to ensure smooth, clear messaging.
Develop a rolling 12-month social media strategy/calendar in line with current/upcoming marketing efforts.
Develop social strategies, campaigns and initiatives to improve perception and reputation of the company.
Develop/manage a social media budget.
Respond to queries from media, target markets and general public via online platforms.
Explore and implement new social avenues where necessary.
Formulate policies and procedures related to social media information.
Manage social advertisements on various platforms.
Increase customer loyalty and engagement through social tactics.
Identify opportunity areas and conduct research in order to leverage social media activities and strategies.
Communicates earned media coverage monthly report to company.
Further social media continuing education throughout Stuller.
Represent Stuller at specified events (Some travel may be required.)
Respond to social disputes in a timely manner.
Ensure social media platforms and channels are effectively aligned with the Stuller brand and overall business strategy.
Brand promotions and/or product lines on various social sites.
Professional understanding of all the above-mentioned social media platforms
Basic understanding of social media analytics and reporting
Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent organizational skills
Team player with the ability to work cross functionally.
Ability to work under tight deadlines.
Bachelor’s degree — preferably in Marketing, Journalism, Communications or Public Relations.
2+ years' experience in social media marketing
Experience with a social media management dashboard — familiarity with Sprout Social is a plus
Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and InDesign is ideal
