§ Assures purchases and receiving are completed following policy and procedure.
§ Provides support and maintenance for inventory related items in inventory tracking software.
§ Manages all shipments, mail, and deliveries for entire Lafayette Headquarters.
§ Packages and loads supplies for delivery.
§ Promotes safe practices and compliance in storage area.
§ Manages purchases, requests, and stock for all office supplies.
§ Other duties/projects as assigned.
§ 2 years of experience managing inventory
§ Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
§ Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
§ Sitting at desk, standing, and walking throughout warehouse/office
§ Operation of office equipment and computer
§ Occasionally lift/move items up to 50 lbs.
