  • Support the hiring needs of one of our business units for recently awarded and upcoming work.
  • Provide full lifecycle recruiting support by driving all aspects of the recruiting process, ie: partnering with the business, sourcing top talent, screening/submitting candidates, assisting with interview arrangement and offer extension.
  • Offer creative sourcing solutions to find top talent
  • Build ongoing candidate pipelines using research, networking, job boards, internal database searches, etc.
  • Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager, Coordinator, and other Sr. Recruiters on the team


  • Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Recruiter in a complex and rapidly changing environment. Technical recruiting experience highly preferred.
  • Experience recruiting within a proposal/capture environment.
  • Skilled in finding and retaining top talent for upcoming contracts
  • Ability to deliver results under tight deadlines
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Adaptable and flexible to work with limited information and/or changing timelines
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience working within an applicant tracking system
  • Due to the nature of government contract requirements, US citizenship is required
