The Sales Operations Specialist is responsible for the planning and execution of proactive sales campaigns, marketing strategies, and support for the proactive sales teams.
This role will act as a liaison between the Proactive Sales Teams and Customer Experience, Marketing, Merchandising, and other internal teams to assist in gaining efficiencies, strengthening cross-functional partnerships, and creating a path to success.

Develop a and lead the Proactive Sales Team sales campaigns; analyze results
Collaborate with proactive sales strategists within Customer Experience on campaigns and initiatives to market to our segmented customer base.
Plan and facilitate internal Proactive Sales Team Events
Manage the agenda for High Potential Customer visits by working with Merchandising, Manufacturing, and other key areas of the business
Learn and understand marketing concepts of new product release and the campaign calendar.
Create presentations and assist in the development of the sales toolkit
Manage online file repository for sales and customers experience teams.
Assisting in the creation of customer deliverables such as line sheets, pricing proposals, etc.
Understand the product development process with Merchandising to assist in the development of strategy of product release to our customers.
Work with our Customer Segments team to identify customers and segments that fit within a proactive sales initiative.
Attend and facilitate all meetings with Merchandising, Marketing, and Proactive Sales during strategy sessions.
Develop standard operating procedures for the Proactive Sales Team
Train alongside the proactive sales strategist on how to properly utilize the standard operating procedures.
Set up and deploy existing plans of virtual meeting spaces, email templates, store visits, conference calls, and other communication mediums for our strategies.
Organizing Proactive Sales requests as it pertains to Marketing, Web Development, and/or Technology
Consistently strategize with proactive sales and leadership to enhance processes and methods of executing proactive sales strategies to effectively reach our customers.
Proven initiative, positive attitude, team oriented, self-motivated, and highly enthusiastic
2+ years of project management experience
Thorough understanding and knowledge of various departments and internal processes
Ability to work cross-functionally across the organization to motivate others
