  • The Sales Operations Project Specialist is responsible for supporting customer special projects for our high potential, high value, and high volume customers through the planning and organizing of all project details, from submission through orderability.
  • This position will act as a liaison between Proactive Sales Representatives and internal teams across Stuller providing the opportunity to be a part of many cross-functional meetings.
  • In addition, the Sales Operations Project Specialist will have the responsibility for direct customer interaction through written, phone, and/or in person communications.
  • A high degree of confidentiality is required as this position will be exposed to the inner working of the company at the most senior levels.
  • This role requires someone who can affect change and get things done in a professional and timely manner, and requires someone who can multi task, lead initiatives, and communicate to all levels.

Job Responsibilities:  

  • Responsible for the submission and organization of customer-requested special projects
  • Act as a liaison between the customer, Proactive Sales Team, and Stuller’s internal product development and planning teams
  • Understand the product development lifecycle from request intake through manufacturing and fulfillment
  • Gather all pertinent information regarding each project: forecast, price-point, preferences, lead time, etc.
  • Place orders for samples and/or initial buy and replenishment orders for special customers
  • Maintain a knowledge and understanding of the customers the Sales Operations team serves each day
  • Own project plans and timelines and communicate regularly with all internal cross-functional team members
  • Ensure all project documentation is notated and updated in Salesforce
  • Provide customer-facing deliverables such as pricing and line sheets in a professional, brand-standard manner
  • Assist in the communication to internal partners/teams to get the jobs to the finish line
  • Partner closely with the Proactive Sales Team on the progress updates for each project on a regular cadence
  • Follow the project all the way through the process to ensure deadlines will be made; be transparent with obstacles that may arise
  • Work closely with cross-functional internal partners to maintain Stuller culture and branding throughout the customer experience
  • Assist with forecasting cycle as well as all CX Sales Operations related expenses 
  • Maintain a regular cadence for customer contracts and rebates; provide updates accordingly to Senior Management
  • Represent and deliver excellence that is in keeping with Stuller's brand 



  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience 
  • 3-5 years' experience in a high-volume customer service environment 
  • Highly proficient in time management, organization, planning, and prioritization 
  • Proven initiative, positive attitude, team oriented, self-motivated, and highly enthusiastic
  • Thorough understanding and knowledge of various departments and internal processes
  • Ability to work cross-functionally across the organization to motivate others
  • Commitment to excellent customer experience (internal and external)
  • Strategic and creative thinker and planner with regards to improving processes and experiences
  • Must be able to maintain focus and composure in high pressure situations
  • Must hold exceptional project management skills and attention to detail
  • Must display professional business presence and acumen
  • Must be able to manage time effectively and meet deadlines and requirements accordingly.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish rapport
  • Ability to manage changing priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to a changing business environment
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Experience with MS Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint) 
  • Salesforce™ experience preferred or experience with other CRM software system
