In this job, you’ll do things like:

  • Training and supervision of employee operational procedures
  • Staff management, fostering teamwork, and providing feedback
  • Ensure a positive customer experience by addressing customer needs, comments, and complaints 
  • Ensure all menu items maintain food quality, taste, and standards
  • Maintain inventory stock levels through coordination of purchasing with supply vendors 
  • Maintain knowledge of McIlhenny/TABASCO history and operations
  • Adhere to and enforce compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Assist with menu development and growth
  • Report on financial performance, inventory, and personnel
  • Maintain and develop strategies for improving the consumer dining experience and daily operations 
  • Crosstrain TABASCO Deli operations and procedures to fill in for staff shortage or absence

Qualifications:

Must-haves to apply for this job:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Restaurant environment cooking experience
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to resolve conflicts
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a food handler certification card
  • Ability to pass a drug test, background check and physical
