Position Description:

  • CGI Federal is looking for a resource to join an established, well-respected team to support the Client Satisfaction program and key initiatives that support business growth.
  • You will interact with all facets of the organization and build relationships with members at all levels of seniority.
  • This position is located in our Lafayette, LA office; however, a hybrid working model is acceptable.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

  • Report to Quality Business Partner and be a core member of the EAS/Quality organization
  • Lead Client Satisfaction program, ensuring business targets are achieved
  • Manage, track and report on materials and approvals for opportunities of client engagement including pre-awards, awards, and modifications
  • Create and maintain records in SharePoint including Master List of active client engagements across the business
  • Analyze and produce monthly reports on quality and risk business requirements for senior leadership
  • Educate members on applicable processes and tools; troubleshoot issues as needed
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to improve existing processes, including automation
  • Create and update documentation using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Support Quality Management System in all aspects including documentation, training, and auditing
  • Support other initiatives as needed


Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

  • Bachelors degree and 2-3 years of professional experience or equivalent experience in lieu of education. In addition:
  • Appreciation for defined processes and the ability to tailor a process for specific needs
  • Ability to multi-task and quickly switch tasks while seeing all tasks through completion
  • Capable of performing tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy
  • Ability to work collaboratively within the team for key decisions/actions to support stakeholders across the business
  • Strong written, oral and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
  • Ability to quickly re-prioritize tasks and focus areas
  • Keen sense of ownership, drive, and execution
  • Intermediate/Advanced MS 365 suite including SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel and Word
