Quality Management Project Manager will coordinate & manage actions related to the evaluation and improvement of processes and quality across the various manufacturing centers in our organization.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Coordinates with other departments to manage vendor relationships and related processes.
Assist with various functions as needed such as validation, work order/render, generate support structures, set up RP equipment, clean & cure resins, etc.
Collaborates with PPM and Manufacturing areas to maintain Hot List and scrap reporting for daily use.
Curates Quality Management document library, including SOPs, manuals, Process Change Authority and others as needed, maintaining an organizational system and providing access across organization.
Organizes Quality Management supply and work order needs as appropriate.
Creates and organizes test jobs through PPM and Manufacturing, ensuring these are processed efficiently and pieces are accounted for.
Coordinates manufacturing and use tests in concert with Process and Product Specialist - Technical.
Has the authority to implement changes that support quality initiatives across the entire Supply Chain.
Will serve as liaison between the factory and Customers to resolve quality issues.
Research and analyze new and existing technologies and procedures and make recommendations for designing/redesigning jewelry production processes
Responsible for implementing production procedures to optimize new and existing jewelry manufacturing processes
Responsible for the success of the project as defined by the ROI
Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
Prepares reports for management regarding status of project
Lead problem solving teams using established tools and methodologies
Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of QM projects.

Strong knowledge of the practical application of Lean Systems and Tools
Understanding of Oracle WIP systems
5-8 years of experience in jewelry manufacturing, customer service or related field
