We are looking for a talented, hardworking Product Manager to take ownership of the management of our flagship Artacent products.
You will be responsible for product positioning, pricing, management of ASP, and promotion.
You will be supported by a fantastic cross functional team that is equally talented and dedicated to the mission of making advanced wound care treatments more accessible.
The Product Manager is responsible for the development, management, and promotion of wound care products for Tides Medical.
They must have extensive knowledge of advanced wound care products, wound healing processes, and the healthcare market.
The successful candidate will work closely with the product development team, marketing team, sales team, finance team and key opinion leaders to ensure that the products meet the needs of patients, healthcare professionals, and the company.
Understanding of advanced wound care reimbursement, a plus, but not necessary.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the wound care market
Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps that align with the company's goals and objectives
Work closely with sales and finance teams to manage product promotion and ASP of products
Work closely with the product development team to oversee the development, testing, and launch of new wound care products
Collaborate with key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and incorporate their feedback into product development
Develop and execute promotional plans and campaigns to increase product adoption and sales
Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, distributors, and suppliers to ensure the availability and quality of wound care products
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, regulatory, and legal, to ensure the successful launch and commercialization of wound care products
Monitor and analyze competitive activity in the wound care market and adjust strategies and tactics as needed to maintain a competitive advantage
Minimum Bachelor's degree in marketing, healthcare or engineering
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in product management, marketing, or a related field, with experience in wound care strongly preferred
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment, with strong collaboration skills
Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
The Wound Care Product Manager is expected to perform office duties and may occasionally be required to travel to attend conferences, meetings, and other events.
