  • Oversee and assesses existing processes and workflows in addition to assisting in the optimization of productivity by designing, implementing, and testing new processes.
  • Assists in the development and implementation of processes for converting raw materials into products.
  • Provides strategic, expert advice and consultation on the design and implementation of effective manufacturing processes.
  • Participates on and/or facilitates various operations process improvement activities (estimating, project management, operations, manufacturing).
  • Participates in the establishment, organization, and implementation of short- and long-range goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures; monitors and evaluates project management program effectiveness and effects changes required for improvement.
  • Develops project plans, implementation schedules, and cost estimates for projects; prepares and manages budgets and performs cost and productivity analyses.
  • Represents the project to various internal departments and divisions as well as to various external entities (customers, partners, suppliers).
  • Communicates regularly with customers, operations and sales personnel, management, and administration regarding the status of projects and initiatives.
  • Obtains management guidance and approval as required to advance initiatives.
  • Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.



  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline
  • 5 years in process/project engineering
  • Minimum of at least 5 years of experience that is directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified
  • Statistical analysis skills
  • Knowledge of project management principles, practices, techniques, and tools
  • Skill in examining and re-engineering operations and procedures, formulating policy, and developing and implementing new strategies and procedures
  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to analyze operations processes, perform in-depth work analyses, and develop computergenerated flow charts
  • Ability to develop, plan, and implement short-and long-range goals
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to deal effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to analyze complex problems, interpret operational needs, and develop integrated, creative solutions
  • Skill in the use of personal computers and related software applications.
