Communicating regularly with Driver Support Manager and Delivery Logistics Team
Assisting drivers with payment issues and requests, including, but not limited to, general pay questions, assisting with transfer cancellations, and investigating incentive discrepancies.
Assisting drivers with updating all account information with the exception of pay.
Escalating issues to Delivery Logistics if issues are regarding: Reactivations, Driver Fraud, Duplicate Accounts or any specific communications related to incidents, rejected applications, and deactivated accounts/terminations.
Assisting the company in Loss Prevention initiative. Including investigating, reporting and deactivating drivers when necessary.
Other Support functions based on the needs of the company.

A professional with grammar, spelling, punctuation, and proof-reading
In depth knowledge of Waitr and Bite Squad’s Support procedures and policies
