Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead provider sourcing activities for specified provider specialties to ensure open provider positions are filled in an efficient manner with qualified providers to represent VHS
• Source, screen, and refer quality providers to recruitment team to include mining and review of candidate CV’s, cold calling, database review and entry, extensive phone interviews with potential providers.
• Maintain current knowledge of emerging technology to stay abreast of innovative sourcing trends and recruitment best practices.
• Assist with the generation and implementation of new, streamlined recruitment processes, initiatives, and key messaging.
• Serve as the first point of contact in the candidate screening process and introduces the provider to the physician recruiter.
• Manage and maintain applicant tracking tool to track candidate information and implement sourcing strategies and referral process/pipeline physician databases.
• Accountable for the opening/hand-off of the Provider Interview process.
• Create recruitment strategies for assigned specialties to include internal and external website utilization, marketing initiatives, and physician recruitment associations.
• Communicate with recruiters regarding process, physician opportunities, and candidates in the pipeline.
• Manage all candidates presented to hospitals and ensure that firm presentations are detailed and accurately completed.
• Participate in special projects.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience.
• Minimum of 1 years’ related experience.
