Cross-utilized Agents can do it all. They help passengers throughout the airport – at the ticket counter, kiosk, gate, baggage service office, on the ramp, and more! No two days are ever the same.
In the Lobby -
As a Customer Service Agent, you’ll make every interaction a positive one. Whether helping with reservations or printing boarding passes, resolving disservice situations like determining alternative flight options or rebooking a reservation for delayed, cancelled or missed flights, you must be calm, cool and collected. To be successful in this role, you’ll need patience, empathy, the ability to listen along with an ability to make informed decisions in sometimes stressful situations. Caring is job one regardless of our customer’s disposition or travel challenges. As a UGE Customer Service Agent, you will be required to remain calm, positive, and caring even when our customers might be having a bad day.

On the Ramp -
You will be working outside in all kinds of weather, as flying never steps because it rains, snows or is too hot. You must love physical activity, as you will be lifting as many as 100 items per flight, some weighing as much as 70 lbs. You’ll need a commitment to safety at all times, including an attention to detail and your surroundings. You should be committed to caring for our equipment, aircraft, and bags as if they were your own (passengers can see you!) and providing excellent customer service for your fellow UGE employees.

You’ll be provided the tools you need on the Runway to Success! We provide paid training, including orientation, classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training. Once you’ve got the basics, you’ll load and unload aircraft and perform other duties such as de-icing, marshaling aircraft and driving a wide variety of mechanical equipment like cargo carts and conveyor belts. As you grow in your career, you can explore other opportunities such team lead, become a supervisor or manager, corporate opportunities and more. You’ll also have the ability to transfer to other locations within our amazing network.

Salary Range: 11.50/hr
