Job Description 

• The Order Processing Specialist is the go-between the sales and customer success teams and customers.
• The position requires reviewing agreements, confirming pricing, and quoting customers.
• This role is responsible for all aspects of customer service related to an order from entry to fulfillment.
• In addition, the role requires planning, organization, and attention to detail in order to meet the objectives of the role and adhere to timelines.

 What You Will Do:

• Ensure the organization's internal contract documents are accurate and well maintained
• Provide advice and guidance to the different teams relating to contract generation
• Identify opportunities to improve business processes and devise plans to implement these changes
• Compare all contract modifications with sale items, contract, and order
• Final review of all contract exceptions to ensure resolved prior to releasing for order
• Accurate and timely processing of orders 
• Manage all post order adjustments audit
• Send order confirmation to customer
• Procurement of goods from vendor
• Tracking orders and ensuring the customer gets the proper item

Qualifications:

About You:

• Basic knowledge of Salesforce
• Organized and detail-oriented with excellent follow-up skills
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
• 2-3 years experience in client/customer service
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills; the ability to balance competing priorities and complete all tasks in a timely manner
• Drive and persistence to investigate questions and track down solutions
• Associate’s Degree (Nice to Have)
