BackNational Accounts Manager - Commerce

What this job is all about:
- Your main focus will be to develop and maintain solid relationships with our key commercial accounts while providing best-in-class customer service.
- Reporting to the Director of Commerce, you’ll be on the front line navigating the customer’s requests and working hand-in-hand with the whole Commerce Team and the sales broker in order to profitably deliver results.
In this job, you’ll do things like:
- Oversee and maintain the channel sales strategy while partnering with the broker network to drive growth and innovation
- Negotiate and manage trade funds by creating value for both the customer and the company by consistently measuring and enforcing trade terms and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Build and maintain relationships with key accounts such as Publix, Food Lion, and ShopRite
- Show off masterful communication skills as you meticulously manage multiple projects and quickly respond to customers’ needs
- Closely monitor and analyze P&Ls to identify trends and build strategies for growth with a full understanding of the impact of sales decisions
- Partner with internal team members from departments such as operations, finance, marketing, quality assurance, and legal to provide profitable solutions
Qualifications:
Must-haves to apply for this job:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum of 5 years of CPG sales experience, preferably with national account responsibility and 7 years of sales experience and/or trade experience
- Experience managing sales brokers
- Proven track record of developing and maintaining relationships
- Previous P&L management experience

- MBA or additional management and business development
- Understanding of trade and revenue management
- CRM Experience
