  • This associate will be responsible for driving all marketing promotions for the Bridal and Fine Jewelry product categories. Projects are inclusive of, but not limited to, annual catalogs, seasonal brochures, digital campaigns, and brand specific marketing.  
  • This leader will manage a small team that is responsible for facilitating all marketing campaigns starting with creating the request. This team will track all projects as well as follow through to provide all details related to product selection and data related to featured products.
  • Facilitate cross-functional communication among project stakeholders.
  • Work collaboratively with Product Managers to develop annual marketing plans for the Fine Jewelry and Bridal product categories, as well as the related brands (ever&ever and 302 Fine Jewelry).
  • Work cross-functionally with the Customer Experience team to ensure they have necessary tools to support sale initiatives.
  • This associate must be able to drive a project from start to completion working with associates of all levels across multiple teams.
  • They will support merchants in the process of creating necessary marketing materials of customer selling solutions to help win in-case business within jewelry stores.
  • Manage the tracking and inventory related to all product needed for marketing specific campaigns and projects.



  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to efficiently communicate important information
  • Highly organized and a strong attention to details
  • Jewelry and jewelry manufacturing knowledge helpful
  • Diamond and gemstone knowledge helpful


  • Good interpersonal and customer service skills
  • The ability to multi-task and manage priorities
  • Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including upper management and other departments
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint & Excel
  • Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
  • Bachelor's degree (4-year college degree or equivalent) is preferred. Equivalent experience is acceptable.
