  • Responsible for project planning and management for a multi-domain Master Data Management implementation.
  • Oversee the project team and ensure that the project is completed to specification, within an established time frame and budget. Provide overall guidance to the Team with respect to MDM deliveries
  • Create project roadmaps and implementation plans, identify project milestones
  • Manage project dependencies to meet the delivery schedule and deadlines
  • Identify and lead mitigation of project risks while keeping key stakeholders informed
  • Own the development and delivery and technical solutions
  • Understand the current data state processes, business rules, data rules, reports design and data model
  • Delegating tasks on the project to employees and/or consultants best positioned to complete them
  • Coordinating project team consisting of internal team members and contractors
  • Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project
  • Serving as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy
  • Communicating with managers or the board to keep the project aligned with their goals
  • Performing quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected
  • Adjusting schedules and targets on the project as needs or financing for the project change
  • Building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions.
  • Planning and prioritizing work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals
  • Developing and delivering multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences.
  • Manage small to large Agile/Scrum project teams
  • Building client relationships and assist in developing project proposals and solutions


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Project Management, Information systems
  • 8+ years of IT experience
  • 6+years of experience as a project or program manager
  • 3+ years of experience managing a Master Data Management full-lifecycle implementation, using Informatica suite tools
  • 5+ years in a leadership/ management role
  • 3+ years of planning, managing, and growing capabilities within relevant discipline
  • 5+ years of developing, communicating and presenting project implementations to varying audience
  • 3+ years of ETL experience
  • Proven ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholder groups
  • Demonstrated competency in creating project plans and roadmaps for implementation
  • Experience with master data management/ data governance tools particularly Informatica
  • Demonstrated ability to develop long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines
  • Adept at continuous improvement of processes and delivery of results within unit/ area
  • Experience in managing projects running in Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Knowledge of relational database concepts
  • Technical expertise in database design and data modeling
  • Understanding of data management competencies - data assessment, profiling, cleansing, rule creation, modeling, match/merge, survivorship, etc.
  • Advanced oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Strong presentation and facilitation skills to communicate and persuade a wide range of audience
  • Strong supervisory and matrix management skills and ability to delegate tasks to consultants and senior consultant, and oversee their progress
  • Effective time management and organizations skills

Desired qualifications/non-essential skills required

  • Masters degree in Project Management or Information Systems or in similar discipline
  • Hands-on experience in Master Data Management development
  • Software development experience is preferred
  • Prior consulting experience preferred
