Essential Duties & Responsibilities:  

• Coordination and distribution of marketing materials for all internal and external events
• Input projects/resources utilizing project management tools and software
• Weekly updating of company-wide marketing tools (i.e. marketing calendar)
• Coordination and creation of project organizational materials (i.e. project plans, updates)
• Creation and management of departmental standard order of procedure (SOP) documents
• Coordinate and create company-wide project management software training (big project)

Qualifications:

Experience: 

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Maintain a GPA of 3.0 or higher
• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Superior time management and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Possess a high degree of initiative, self-motivation, and resourcefulness
