• Manages the day to day operations of a Wax Department Team necessary to meet daily/monthly production goals.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Conducts & monitors performance evaluations for each associate.
• Directs the operation of the workflow within & throughout a team.
• Monitors equipment & supplies for team functions.
• Oversees quality & implements safety ds general shop & machine operations safety & knowledge ders, lathers, laser, etc.
