We are looking for a Program Finance Manager to lead the Autonomous Surface Vehicles (ASV) portfolio, located in Lafayette, LA.
This includes responsibility for program cost control, EVM, and FP&A (forecasting, billing, variance analysis, etc).
This is a growth position and will include direct leadership of a program finance team and a focus on growing and developing talent for the future.
Essential Functions:
Provide guidance to Program Managers, Technical Leads, and Sector leadership related to financial performance of contracts.
Oversight of program financials for Orders, Sales, EBIT, and Cash including preparation of financial reports and briefings to leadership.
Responsible for influencing day-to-day execution of all financial activity related to Programs, Proposals, Reviews, including the development of strategies necessary to achieve program financial goals.
Specific duties will include: development of time-phased budgets following contract award; establishment of key performance metrics and milestones; ongoing reporting of Program(s) cost and schedule variances in accordance with company policy; ETC/ECAC preparation and review, analysis and monitoring; maintenance and reporting of timely performance data to division management team as well as customer; investigation of financial irregularities
Responsible for preparation of program proposals to include: compiling cost data in compliance with RFP instructions, coordinating data input from other internal business areas when necessary, assisting in preparation of proposal review charts for management review, providing support for fact finding and negotiations as required.

Minimum of 9 years Program Finance experience in the aerospace & defense industry required
Strong Experience managing EACs
Strong leadership skills with the ability to attract, retain, and develop talent
Demonstrated ability to partner with PMs and functional leaders
Experience with programs requiring Earned Value Management
Bachelor’s Degree in relatable field

Strong Software skills, including COBRA, Excel, PowerPoint
Experience with challenging programs and environments
