Job Description

• Qualified candidates must be professional, outgoing, friendly, and coachable.
• The goal of the position is to provide tenants with a clean, well maintained and fully functioning working environment.
• To accomplish this goal, the responsibilities of the maintenance technician include general repairs to the office spaces / common areas of the buildings and grounds, trash removal, emergency repairs, minor construction with painting and sheetrock.

Qualifications:

This position has the following requirements:

• Hands-on experience with basic plumbing, carpentry, electrical, heating and air conditioning systems (general HVAC knowledge).
•  Applicant will also be required to complete drug screening and a background check.
• Hours are Monday through Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm.
• Work may also be required some nights and weekends when there are emergency situations.
• Applicants must furnish their own reliable, insured transportation; we reimburse your mileage.

Physical requirements include 

• Being able to lift 75 lbs., climb ladders and stairs, walk between buildings and on roofs, stoop, kneel, and bend.
