In this job, you’ll do things like:

  • Develop and manage all maintenance plans and strategies executed throughout the factory 
  • Measure and publish production facility metrics by interpreting data, troubleshooting processes and making recommendations based on findings
  • Ensure parts and materials are properly maintained, organized, monitored and ordered when needed 
  • Develop and maintain accurate electronic inventory records and transactions 
  • Identify and document process improvements in the factory to avert future disruptions to production
  • Ensure the Computer Maintenance Management System is maintained and updated as needed
  • Effectively communicate with internal team leaders, mechanics, and operations team members, as well as external contractor representatives and material suppliers 
  • Support the factory maintenance team where needed

Qualifications:

Must-haves to apply for this job:

  • High school diploma 
  • 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience 
  • Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint 

 

What will give you an edge:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in an engineering or management field OR 15+ years of industrial maintenance experience 
  • CMMS Experience 
  • Strong knowledge of project estimating and scheduling for manufacturing and maintenance 
  • Maintenance experience in a manufacturing industry 
  • Strong communication (written and verbal) skills, leadership skills, project management skills, analytical skills and strong organizational skills
