ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Overseeing and optimize maintenance procedures to improve machine performance in a cost-effective manner
• Apply maintenance engineering practices to increase equipment reliability, maintainability and system availability
• Provide technical/engineering support to the area maintenance team in support of maintaining and troubleshooting facility equipment and processes
• Support scheduled and unplanned line shutdowns as necessary for the site
• Identify necessary actions when equipment mechanical problems arise
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with industry standards, safety guidelines, and regulations
• Execute maintenance originated MOC’s and follows them through completion
• Manage plant maintenance related projects
• Identify and resolves any technical and operational issues
• Serve as a subject matter expert in equipment failures and implement repair techniques during root cause investigations

Qualifications:

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Manufacturing Engineering required
• 3+ years' manufacturing experience preferred
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements for operating plants
• Proficient with MS Office
• Familiarity with 3D design software and AutoCAD
• Knowledge of Project Management, PMP preferred
• Aptitude for equipment operation and troubleshooting
• Excellent communication skills
