Supports the order fulfillment process throughout the supply chain and provides intervention to expedite order processing, prevent problems and improve processes.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Monitor Oracle and VWare systems using predefined tools to ensure smooth execution of shipping.
Support the leadership of Supply Chain Operations by managing the prioritization, execution and testing of system enhancement requests through the CSR system.
Assist all departments with fulfillment process technical issues. Responsible for WMS module and approves access requests and menu changes.
Work with Inventory Control Coordinator to maintain inventory interfaces daily.
Provide internal training and continuing education for lean management initiatives.
Lead project teams for various process improvement activities.
