The Customer Experience (CX) team is looking for a hardworking, task-oriented, and creative teammate to assist in the research and development of the CX training curriculum.
In this role, the Learning and Development Intern will assess the needs of each department and develop curriculum to help continued education of each member of the CX Team.
This development will be within current systems used by each team and areas outside of systems specific to each department.
The intern will also be responsible for refreshing current onboarding for new hires in the department.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Develop and execute surveys and other tools to discover needs in each department.
Meet with department heads to finalize curriculum plans.
Organize data, curriculum, schedules, and layouts to ensure a smooth execution plan in 2023.
Review and offer suggestions on updates and changes to enhance current new hire onboarding.
Work with marketing to design and implement changes to new hire training.
Qualifications:
Experience:
Pursuing Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/Human Resources/Management.
Prefer GPA of 3.0 or higher.
Prefer junior or senior, but will consider other class levels.
An interest in creating, organizing, and facilitation of training.
Excellent oral, written, and communication/presentation skills.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience with marketing and content development preferred but not required.
