  • The Jr Digital Image Retoucher position retouches images for print publication and website use.
  • This in-house position is responsible for producing a high volume of retouched images while maintaining a high standard of consistency and quality according to Stuller’s image standards.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Retouch and color-correct images for print and digital campaigns while maintaining a high standard of consistency and quality according to Stuller’s image standards, in a timely manner.
  • Communicate, via email or phone with Graphic Designers, Project Planners, Product Managers, Photographers, etc. regularly, to resolve issues as they arise with photographs, and to update the progress on requests.
  • Responsible for keeping up to date with industry and software changes, continually developing retouching skills
  • Support Marketing Production Manager/Director as needed.

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Degree in Visual Arts preferred.
  • One year of experience with the following:
  • Proficient use and understanding of Adobe Photoshop
  • Comfortable with use of MAC platform and desktop publish tools (including MS Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Creative or Artistic experience
  • Understanding of File Management
  • Ability to utilize Wacom tablet for retouching purposes a plus
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a deadline driven environment.
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer-oriented, interpersonal skills; attention to detail; and problem-solving abilities.
  • Must provide a link to a portfolio or samples of their work
