CALLS PLUS is a 24 hour high security multichannel Contact Center, serving communications for more than 400 government agencies.
We are looking for a computer technician to assist 30-35 hours a week with server maintenance, active directory programming and maintenance, general software & hardware upkeep for up to 50 workstations.
Must have experience working with an outside contracted IT engineering firm to build firewalls, troubleshoot network issues and PC maintenance.
We operate a 24x7x365 multilingual, multichannel Contact Center for state, local and Federal agencies.
Salary Range: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
Knowledge of Outlook, Office, Zoom, network servers
Installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of PC workstations, monitors, hard drives, software programming & troubleshooting technical issues
General computer and monitor maintenance
Experience with Startel Automated Call Distribution system a plus
This is a mid-level position. Our network system can never be out of service. Must know how to set up and program a computer, install monitors, troubleshoot with client IT departments.
Must be available some evenings and weekends.
We will provide training in the following areas:
Security audit preparation - must be familiar with communications channels (SIP trunks, servers, Active Directory, profiles, ability to program and troubleshoot voice and data channels)
Disaster planning for sensitive communications facility
