What does this job entail?

  • The IT Support Specialist will report to the IT Manager and will provide prompt, professional and courteous technical support to company team members regarding hardware, software and application issues.
  • The IT Support Specialist will be a champion and leader of our company core values, while maintaining internal and external customer engagement and satisfaction.

Some responsibilities include:

  • Analyzing requests to release spam or attachments and responding accordingly
  • Handling the tape management of backup systems; erase, inventory, and catalog  
  • Installing network printers with drivers and publishing them to Active Directory; managing print queues on server
  • Troubleshooting license issues and installing software 
  • Modifying computer systems and/or programs related to computer system design and machine operating systems


Am I qualified for this position? 

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or other related field
  • Minimum of three (3) years of directly related experience
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task
  • Effective oral and written communication skills with a strong suit in interpersonal skills
  • Advanced troubleshooting knowledge
