Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Track and log IT equipment. This will include laptops, desktops, monitors, etc..
• Select vendors/suppliers based on the cost and quality of their material
• Work with project management to plan and execute equipment upgrades
• Negotiate supply contracts, including prices, delivery timelines, and shipping method
• Track software licensing.
• Assist with Tier 1 help desk troubleshooting.
• Documenting the features and benefits of products and services.
• Documenting processes and generating monthly supply cost reports.
• Monitoring the company's demand for products to avoid supply shortages.

Qualifications:

Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Setup Windows 10 /11 laptops/desktops
• Provide extended coverage when business needs require.
• Support end-users in addition to IT department team members.
• Stay current with knowledge of related technologies, designs, methods, and trends.
• Participate in on-call schedule and provides after-hours support as needed
• Computer Skills - Diagnoses and fixes computer hardware and driver-related problems (ex: malfunctioning hard drives, network cards, power supplies, and video cards and other subsystems/components).

 

Minimum Qualifications:

• Basic level IT certifications (A+, Net +) strongly preferred.
• Minimum two years IT, or inventory experience.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills with a focus on helping others
