  • Effectively manage the sales process from qualification through negotiation, to closing the deal
  • Remain current on knowledge surrounding educator goals and needs, and properly position SchoolMint platforms as a solution for meeting those goals and needs.
  • Prioritize and execute outreach - emails, phone calls, and meetings - with school and district leaders and decision makers. 
  • Prepare and conduct exemplary sales presentations and product demos.
  • Use, maintain and manage all opportunity data in
  • Become a credible resource to and develop trusted relationships with K-12 school administrators and decision-makers.
  • Create and refine prospecting and selling strategies and test key hypotheses in collaboration with the SchoolMint team.
  • Maintain strong relationships with marketing and sales teams through clear communication and follow-up.
  • Participate in projects teams as needed to support Sales and Marketing initiatives
  • Represent SchoolMint at conferences, events, and other community engagement opportunities


  •  Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university, preferably in Business, Marketing and Communications, or Education
  • 2+ years of quota-based B2B SaaS and/or EdTech sales experience, strongly preferred; or K-12 Classroom or Administrative experience. 
  • Excellent time management, communication, and presentation skills
  • Prior experience with or another equivalent CRM
  • Willingness to travel 10-20% of the time, depending on territory
  • Ability to work independently, driving tow
