  • Performs tasks required to administer and execute human resources functions for the company.
  • Partners with managers and the Recruiting team to facilitate associate moves and organizational changes while utilizing the appropriate HR technology systems.
  • Handles employment related questions from associates and supervisors.
  • Partners with Recruiting team on recruiting/hiring activities.
  • Uses surveys, interviews, and other means to conduct research regarding human resource policies, compensation practices, and other employment issues. After analyzing the information, makes recommendations on changes.
  • Reviews, tracks, and documents compliance with mandatory and non- mandatory training, performance management and other HR related activities.
  • Manages leave of absence program.
  • Leads new hire orientation and onboarding programs.
  • Assists with Stuller Store, including inventory and reporting.
  • Attends and participates in associate disciplinary activities, terminations, and investigations.
  • Assists with planning associate events.
  • Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices and regulatory changes in human resources, talent managements, and employment law.
  • Performs other HR related duties as assigned.


Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational and conflict resolution skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Thorough understanding of employment-related laws and regulations.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn Stuller’s HRIS and training systems.
  • Required: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field required.
  • Required: Minimum of three years of human resource coordinator/generalist experience.
