• KADN/KLAF, the FOX and NBC affiliate in Lafayette, LA is looking for a General Sales Manager to lead its overall sales efforts.
• If chosen, you will manage a highly successful sales team which operates as a well-aligned, high-functioning organization and is comprised of seasoned media sales professionals and growing team members.
• Allen Media Broadcasting, LLC is part of one of the nation’s largest privately owned media companies, Allen Media Group/Entertainment Studios, which owns nine 24-hour HD television networks including The Weather Channel.

Qualifications:

Qualifications

• We are looking for a leader who thrives on teaching, coaching and developing all revenue opportunities, and a person who thrives on selling sports, news and has a history of meeting and exceeding revenue goals.
• Experience in Local, Regional and National Sales is vital, along with inventory management and revenue projecting.
• Above all else, the ability to coach and inspire a team will be important for success in the position.
