The role of a Fulfillment Order Filler will be to count merchandise accurately while noticing defects and errors quickly, while maintaining departmental goals.
In order to be successful, the Order Filler must also have great communication skills, be detailed oriented, and able to work as a team member with a wide variety of people in the supply chain division.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Identify pieces and correct quantities at a rate of 99.69% accuracy
Fill 3 lines per minute
Keep up with inventory and cleanliness of workstations
Adhere to company policies and goals
Being able to stand for long periods of time and perform repetitive lifting
