Your future duties and responsibilities:

  • Management of the building systems to include: Chiller operation, generators, UPS system, supplemental HVAC units and building VAV operation (Hot/Cold Calls).
  • Oversee all associated vendors to complete building maintenance.
  • Ensure that a critical data center onsite stays 100% operational. Calling associated vendors when an issue comes up. Ability to monitor this 24/7 and respond to alerts.
  • Troubleshoot AV issues and schedule service as needed.
  • Management of all facility associated vendors.
  • Address member facility complaints or issues in a timely manner.
  • Determine when new procedures should be implemented, collaborate approval and implement alternative solutions to ensure a productive work environment with minimal errors/flaws.
  • Troubleshoot all building related issues. Fix when needed or schedule appropriate vendor to troubleshoot.
  • Work closely with Workplace Resource Management as it relates to facility issues and concerns.
  • Other administrative duties as assigned by leadership.


Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

  • 3 to 5 years’ experience in a facilities support role
  • Experience with building core systems to include basic knowledge on plumbing, electrical and HVAC controls.
  • Basic understanding of facilities operations and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to develop and maintain maintenance plans for all associated equipment.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent/ Degree in Business Administration desired but not required.
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Effective time management skills, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.


  • Exceptional interpersonal and guest service skills to build solid working relationships.
  • Focused on customer service and the ability to maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, displays flexibility to meet changing requirements, ability to professionally navigate through stressful situations and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with confidence.
  • Great organizational skills.
  • Effective time management skills, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Motivated with a consistent high energy level.
  • Ability to work independently and a strong desire to take initiative and follow through on tasks.
