Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Operations Project Planner is responsible for providing executive support to the Chief Operating Officer, Chief Supply Chain Officer and the VP, Compliance, Inventory & Information

This critical role within the organization will be expected to move fluidly between projects as the business dictates.  A high degree of confidentiality is required as the individual will be exposed to the inner working of the company at the most senior levels, including but not limited to evolving strategic priorities, personnel decisions, financial information, and critical investment decisions.

This individual will be responsible to interact with the Board, Ownership, Executive Teams and Key Customers on a frequent basis.  This role requires someone who can affect change and get things done in a professional and timely manner.  Requires someone who can multi task, lead initiatives to conclusion in the absence of Executive Management, and communicate to all levels.   Looking for an individual who is career minded, as the role provides an expedited learning curve and the company will look to leverage that learning with growth opportunities over the long run.

Duties include planning and organizing all internal employee events and business rhythms for the organization and responsibility for all operational, implementation and post-event activities.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Relationship building with key stakeholders
  • Represent and deliver service excellence that is in keeping with Stuller's brand
  • Maintain a calendar of events and manage a system that enables long-term planning and effective event management for the company's meetings, conferences and local events
  • Assist in coordinating all employee activities that inspire employee engagement and support the company’s strategy, values and culture; set up and execution; purchasing supplies within the event budget as necessary. Ability to maintain the flexibility and capacity to adjust in real-time with changing event conditions or demand
  • Assist with the preparation of all company communication mechanisms, including company meetings, monthly and quarterly business reviews, advisory board meetings and kickoff meetings.  This may include creating agendas, scheduling attendees, creating print and digital materials and room set up or prep for the event
  • Help the Chief Operating Officer, CSCO and VP with a variety of tasks allowing them to stay focused on the business.  This may include expense management, travel coordination, handling customer related issues as necessary and other tasks as needed
  • Provide above and beyond service daily

 Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in Operations, Human Resources or Customer Service
  • Experience with MS Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint)
