Description

  • In every function, Stuller, Inc.’s Human Resources team focuses on the employee experience, or the sum of all perceived interactions an employee has with an employer, from prerecruitment to post-exit.
  • The team is looking for an Employee Experience Coordinator to provide support across the company’s employee experience programs and initiatives and internal communications function.
  • This highly visible, client-oriented individual has the unique opportunity to work with many partners and leaders across the company, gaining exposure and experience to a broad array of programs that drive Stuller’s culture and employee experience.
  • This position reports into the Employee Experience Manager.


Responsibilities

  • Support the Employee Experience Manager with the company’s employee experience initiatives; this includes logistical support on internal events, calendar tracking/organizing and helping manage/execute programming
  • Assume primary responsibility for all internal communications (monthly newsletter, company emails, text alerts, employee publication, etc.)
  • Coordinate and implement an updated new hire onboarding experience
  • Welcome new hires and host new hire orientation in partnership with Human Resources team
  • Work closely with Engineering, Technology, HR, and others in the Employee Experience Project Team to ensure quality service leading up to various employee events, on event day and any necessary follow
  • Strategize and implement employee experience and human capital investment projects in partnership with Leadership Team and Employee Experience Project Team
  • Support other duties and projects as assigned 


Qualifications:

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, with a focus in Human Resources, Business Administration or Organizational Development
  • 0-2 years of experience in human resources, employee engagement, internal communications or transferrable work
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent hospitality/client service skills
  • Proactive approach and the ability to problem solve
  • Team player with high degree of flexibility and ability to multi-task and shift gears quickly
  • Highly organized with the aptitude to approach tasks with speed and precision
  • Expertise with MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
