  • The Director of Talent Acquisition  is responsible for the companywide recruiting and the Stuller onboarding experience.
  • This role assesses companywide recruiting needs to drive initiatives, identify, and arrange suitable solutions.
  • This role actively researches, creatively designs, and implements effective methods to recruit top talent while providing strategic and tactical support to Stuller’s hiring managers to build a world class workforce across all roles at Stuller.  


Essential Duties & Responsibilities: 

  • Develops and executes a Talent Acquisition strategy focused on creative sourcing methods to identify high potential, diverse talent for all positions across the company, including high volume hourly manufacturing roles and internships. 
  • Effectively partnering with key stakeholders to understand the talent landscape and internal workforce capabilities; Build customized strategies and diverse candidate-pipeline opportunities for anticipated needs as well as identify/resolve areas of potential risk. 
  • Develop and execute a nationwide talent acquisition and management strategy to proactively address our growth plans that target diverse pools of talent.  
  • Assesses external labor market conditions, analyzes trends, creates metrics and understands business needs to develop highly effective and proactive recruiting strategies. 
  • Provides clear and data-centric recommendations that influence stakeholder behavior, actions, processes, and approaches. 
  • Explore the latest recruitment technology and methods to find innovative staffing solutions to overcome hiring barriers 
  • Researches, establishes, and maintains agreements with Recruitment and Staffing Agencies for labor needs. 
  • Prepares and extends job offers; prepares and/or authorizes appropriate paperwork. 
  • Participates in the design and placement of employment advertising. 
  • Coordinates and participates internal and external Job Fairs and other mass recruiting initiatives. 
  • Monitor all active immigration cases, research and address/resolve complex assignment issues, including escalations; identify and communicate service resolution to all parties. 
  • Continually assess business processes to increase the talent function capacity. 
  • Other HR duties as assigned. 



  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills at all levels of the organization. 
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational and conflict resolution skills. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • Thorough understanding of employment-related laws and regulations. 
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite. 
  • Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn Stuller’s HRIS and training systems. 
  • Presentation skills 


  • Able to handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality 
  • Energetic, flexible, collaborative, and proactive; A team leader who can positively and productively impact strategic and tactical initiatives while developing and leading by example 


  • College degree required; HR Certification preferred  
  • 5+ years of management experience  
  • 8+ years of HR experience  
  • Experience in UKG and Oracle preferred 
  • In-depth knowledge of regulatory factors governing and impacting recruiting/HR practices
