Lead and develop the Sales Operations team, technical systems, support structure, analytics, and processes.
Develop KPI’s that raise the bar and set high standards for both the ops and proactive sales teams.
Work cross functionally within the organization to ensure cohesive strategies are being ideated, planned, and executed.
Build out Campaign reporting to effectively communicate the results and effectiveness of our proactive sales strategies.
Develop, streamline, and maintain playbooks/standards for common sales best practices and processes that maximize efficiencies within the organization.
Manage special agreements, contracts, and negotiations for customers.
Lead sales productivity activities and reporting, including territory planning, opportunity management, and pipeline performance.
Have and promote customer obsession; ensure that our customers receive excellent customer service and identify areas which we can improve the customer’s experience.
Manage and develop Salesforce (CRM) best practices for Proactive Sales Team. Train users to maximize use of software through opportunities and documentation. Partner with the Salesforce team to identify and implement system configuration and optimization strategies to increase adoption; become a Salesforce super user to create ops intelligence, sales reporting, trend analysis, and dashboards for our sales teams.

Bachelor of Sales, Business Development, or 7-10 years related work experience
Minimum 5 years leadership experience in a high-volume customer sales and service environment
