Stuller, Inc. is one of the largest jewelry manufacturing and distribution facilities in the United States, and an industry leader in the domestic and internal jewelry sectors.
We are looking for an experienced and motivated technology leader to join our Enterprise Application Development team.
You will work closely with other technology leaders of the organization to manage new development and support our Enterprise Application platform.
Our ERP platform is pretty diverse and consists of Oracle eBusiness Suite, Oracle Fusion ERP, RPA Applications etc.
Responsibilities
Work with business leaders to identify opportunities for improvement in our Enterprise Application platform.
Manage day-to-day operations of the Enterprise Application Development team.
Lead a team of experienced developers to build new features in Oracle eBusiness Suite.
Ensure high availability of applications (Oracle EBS, Oracle Cloud ERP, Proship, Wso2, Informatica P360, UiPath, GainSystems etc.) by leading in-house technical teams and partner organizations.
Build trusted relationships across multiple departments and roles.
Be highly curious and willing to learn new systems and processes.
Provide leadership throughout the lifecycles of a project, guiding the understanding of the project team through design and development.
Contribute to project discoveries, kickoffs, and project prioritization process.
Communicate the impact of projects across the organization.
Qualifications:
Requirements
8+ years of experience in Oracle Applications.
5+ years of experience in leading medium to large size technology team(s).
Proven experience in managing complex and diverse enterprise application environments.
Excellent listening, oral, and written communication skills.
Flexible to new situations and challenges.
Good understanding of project management methodologies.
Experience with Oracle Cloud Applications is a plus.
